 The Building Division is able to take charge of all or part of your project:
- design: our research consultancy, equipped with a leading edge ICT tool, designs to measure all types of traditional or new technology installations (VRV air-conditioning, cold beams, heat pumps, high-pressure steam, etc.)
- management: our organisation takes full responsibility for monitoring the installation and can take charge of fuel supply (P1) and energy management according to the customer’s needs.
- follow-up: our teams provide 24hr supervision and maintenance of installations, day-to-day maintenance (P2), equipment repair, and comprehensive cover (P3). The latter can also be managed and controlled remotely (computer-assisted maintenance management or CTM)
Our Environmental Engineering Department, always attentive to customers’ needs, ensures that it mobilises resources and know-how, constantly updates its skills and bolsters its technical resources.
In addition to regular inspections, we provide a 24hrs a day, 7 days a week service. All operations and observations done during recoveries are documented in a maintenance book.
